This significant project is located on a prominent site on the edge of the Queenstown Gardens and fronting Coronation Drive.
BWA’s involvement included participating in the resource consent process, and also a key role in obtaining a Reserve Act consent to upgrade the adjoining Hotops Recreation Reserve including realigning the public footpath.
The project included concept design, detail design and project oversight.
