2010 NZILA Resene Pride Of Place Gold Award 2010.
NZILA Resene Pride Of Place Gold Award - Special Award of Excellence for Sustainability.
Our involvement with this project for a new entrance facilty at the start of the world famous Routeburn Track for the Department of Conservation was initially for project management of stage one of the development.
This included scoping the issues, commissioning and coordinating the consultant input, including geotechnical expertise, engineering, architecture, landscape architecture, sewage and water expertise.
This lead to a preferred preliminary site concept plan and architectural plan A second stage was full landscape architectural services.
The project involved close liason between the landscape architect and the client and architect together with consultation with engineers on road formation and drainage. Please go to the Awards page in order to read the judges citation.
